Delete Account

CityPulse users may request deletion of their account at any time.


To delete or request deletion of your CityPulse account:


1. Open the CityPulse app.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Open Legal & Support or Account Settings.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Follow the confirmation steps.


If you cannot access the app or your account, email support@getcitypulseapp.com with the subject line “Delete Account Request.”


Please include the email address associated with your CityPulse account so we can verify and process the request.


Deleting your account may remove your profile information, saved events, notification preferences, and other account-related data. This action may not be reversible.


CityPulse may retain certain information when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes.
